# How To View And Open Support Tickets

# How To View And Open Support Tickets

To open a ticket, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the [Customer Portal](https://billing.conorbradley.co.uk/login). If you are unsure of how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see [this article](https://staging2.conorbradley.co.uk/kb/access-the-customer-portal/).

1. On the menu bar, click Support then Tickets
2. submit Ticket

1. Select the type of ticket you want to open:
   - If you have an issue relating to sales, click Sales.
   - If you have a technical issue, click Technical Support
   - If you have any other enquires click General Inquiries

 

 

## Viewing Your Current And Previous Tickets

1. Log in to the [Customer Portal](https://billing.conorbradley.co.uk/login). If you are unsure of how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see [this article](https://staging2.conorbradley.co.uk/kb/access-the-customer-portal/).

1. On the menu bar, click Support, and then click Tickets

1. If you have posted any previous tickets they will appear here. You can also submit a ticket by clicking the button.
