## **Step 3: Enter Your Email Account Information**

1. In the **Name** field, type the name you want to display on outgoing emails.
2. In the **Email Address** field, enter your full email address. In our case, we have written **contact@sheffieldwebsitehosting.co.uk**.
3. In the **Password** field, type the password for your email account.
4. Select **Sign In**.
5. If an error appears saying **Unable to verify account name or password**, don’t worry this is expected with a cPanel account as mail will need to know the mail servers settings. This will be fixed in the next steps.
